Not Included:

Transfers to and from the marina or port.

We aim to provide a seamless experience onboard, but please ensure to arrange for any extras not included in the package!
How and when to make a payment?
If you book more than 2 months prior to the departure date, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
For bookings made within 2 months of the departure date, full payment is necessary to confirm your spot.
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
If you would prefer to pay part of the amount in cash upon arrival, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Salty Planet Charter Cancellation Policy
Life’s unpredictable, but we’re here to make sure your cancellation process is smooth sailing (with a touch of humor, of course). If you need to cancel your trip, just drop us a line at reservations@saltyplanet.pt, and we’ll take it from there!
Here’s how it works:
More than 5 months before departure: Full refund of your deposit. No hard feelings—let's plan for another adventure!
Between 5 and 2 months before departure: You’ll get 35% of your payment back. We’ll miss you, but we hope to see you again soon!
Less than 2 months before departure: No refunds, unfortunately. Preparations will already be ship-shape and underway!
But here’s the silver lining: if the cancellation comes from our side—whether due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances—you’ll always get a 100% refund. No storm can keep us from being fair!
